Commonplace is disrupting the single-family home by building with non-combustible, mold-resistant materials for reduced waste and environmental stewardship.They focus on innovation, sustainability, and design –building safer and stronger homes in just a matter of months. Commonplace required a website that reflected their reductive architectural and innovative construction approach, while also providing enough information to attract buyers and developers.
We started the project with a full brand identity evolution that speaks to the effortless style and simplicity of a Commonplace home. We then worked to design a new website and online experience that takes customers on a journey to discover their perfect commonplace home complimented by the stunning architecture of McKinley Studios.
The design-focused site incorporates the Ownly homebuilder platform so that customers can build their commonplace home online, allowing for ultimate decision-making power for potential customers and a higher number of leads for the Commonplace team
Now able to properly communicate their value to clients and stakeholders, commonplace has facilitated increased interest on all sides—building their digital community, increasing engagement, and granting more people the opportunity to discover less, but better—in their own essential home.
