Brand Identity

Wave Mental Wellness Brand ID and Website

Client: Wave Mental Wellness
Project: Brand development and website

Challenge:

After over a decade in a corporate career, our client Erin was ready to make a change and pursue her passion in mental health, and Wave Mental Wellness was born. Asa newly certified Registered Psychotherapist, Erin envisioned a practice that would not only serve individual clients but also extend into the corporate world, bringing mental health awareness and support into the workplace.

Erin came to us to build a strong, professional brand from the ground up — one that would capture Erin’s personal journey, her therapeutic philosophy, and the welcoming, inclusive space she aimed to create. The brand needed to feel credible for corporate partnerships, compassionate for individual clients, and flexible enough to evolve as the practice grew.

Solution:

We worked with Erin to position Wave Mental Wellness as a trusted and approachable therapy practice, balancing personal warmth with professional polish, starting with Brand ID and moving through to a complete website and social media templates.

Tactics:

Brand positioning: Centered on the metaphor of “riding the wave" — life’s ups, downs, and changes — with the support of therapy.

Visual identity: A calm, natural color palette paired with organic wave-inspired shapes to convey flow, change, and resilience.

Website design: Clean, inviting, and easy to navigate, ensuring potential clients could quickly find information and feel a tease.

SEO Foundation: Content was optimized for local search, ensuring the practice could be found by people looking for therapy in the area.

Collateral & Social Templates: Designed a full suite of social media and collateral templates, allowingErin to create consistent, professional content.

Results:

Wave Mental Wellness launched with a cohesive brand and polished online presence that felt authentic to Erin’s vision and enabled her to begin seeing individual and corporate clients quickly after completing her education.
